Templayer 1.5.1 Released

This release fixes a number of bugs in the 1.5 release:

New in this release:

django_view functions now return a unicode string (fix for RSS feeds)
Fix for get_django_template with auto_reload!='debug'
UTF-8 data in templates is now accepted
